NEW HAVEN, Conn. –
Jensin Hall recorded a no hitter as the Dartmouth softball team defeated Yale 7-2 on Sunday afternoon from New Haven. Hall recorded six strikeouts after pitching a complete game for the Big Green.

Alaana Panu went 2-4 at the plate notching one RBI.
Faby Serna went 2-3 and also recorded an RBI in the contest.

Dartmouth got things going in the first inning when a sacrifice fly from
Olivia Schramm knocked home Panu, 1-0 Big Green.
Â
The second and third innings were three up and three down for the Big Green and they used momentum to record three runs in the top of the fourth. Â
Marilyn Beauvais and Panu recorded singles and
Lauren Ben-Ezra tripled to extend the Dartmouth lead, 4-0.

They added another run in the top of the fifth after
Leila Hennessy singled and
Jenna Brown doubled to send Hennessy home, 5-0 Big Green. They followed that with another one-two-three inning in the bottom of the fifth.

Two more runs in the top of the sixth pulled Dartmouth ahead 7-0. Panu was hit by a pitch and stole second. Serna singled to center field and Panu came around to score.

Yale earned two runs back in the bottom of the seventh making the score 7-2 but Dartmouth held on to win.
