HANOVER, N.H. —
Linda Cimino, Dartmouth's Gail Koziara Boudreaux '82 and Family Head Coach of Women's Basketball, has announced the hiring of assistant coach and recruiting coordinator

Michaela Nsubuga '25. Boyle, Adebayo and Nsubuga join Cimino, along with fellow assistant
Anh-Dao Tran, to lead the Big Green in the 2025-2026 season.

Boyle arrives in the Upper Valley after spending five seasons at Boston College. Serving in multiple positions during her time in Chestnut Hill, Boyle most recently led the Eagles recruiting efforts as their recruiting coordinator and assistant coach. After beginning her career at Boston College as a graduate assistant, she was later promoted to the director of player development before becoming an assistant coach.
At Boston College, Boyle was instrumental in the development of Andrea Daley and Dontavia Waggoner, both of whom surpassed 1,000 career points. Waggoner was a top defensive player in the country, finishing second in the ACC and ninth nationally with 99 steals. She was third in the league and 11th in the country averaging three steals per a game.
Boyle was also pivotal in the development of multiple ACC All-Conference players. In her first season, she helped the Eagles earn their first top-10 win since 2010 with a road triumph at then-No. 9/10 NC State.
As one of the youngest recruiting coordinators among the power conferences, Boyle was recognized as a WBCA "30 under 30" honoree in 2024. She was selected to the NCAA Basketball Coaches Academy in May of 2025. She also worked as an instructor at Point Guard College and the Nike Shooting and Skills Camp in Kentucky.
"After a thorough national search, I'm thrilled to welcome Shelby to Dartmouth," Cimino said. "She has a tireless work ethic, and her skill set and competitiveness sets her apart. She aligns well with our staff and the vision for our program. She has successfully recruited and developed high-level players in the ACC, and I know her network and experience will expand our recruiting efforts tremendously. Shelby comes highly recommended from coaches I trust and respect, and I'm excited to hit the road and work with her."
Boyle was a four-year starter at Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky. A team captain, she led her team to two Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Regular Season and Tournament Championships, in addition to the NCAA Sweet 16 in 2019. She was a two-time First-Team All-Conference selection as well as a Josten's Trophy Finalist in 2020. Upon completing her playing career, Boyle participated in the WBCA "So You Want to Be a Coach" program.
A native of Morgantown, West Virginia, Boyle received a Master's of Sports Administration from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Transylvania University.

Meanwhile, Adebayo comes to Hanover after spending the past two seasons as a graduate assistant at The George Washington University. With the Revolutionaries, she assisted in managing several aspects of the program, including scouting, player development and video breakdown.
Adebayo played collegiately at Murray State as an undergraduate where she was selected as the Ohio Valley Conference Newcomer of the Year as well as an All-Conference selection. She led her team with 18.2 points and 11.4 rebounds per game. She also set the program's single-season record with 19 doubles and scored a career-high 28 points at Tennessee.
In 2019-20, Adebayo joined the University of Connecticut women's basketball team as a graduate transfer, appearing in 22 games with one start. She was a part of a UConn team that went 29-3 overall, and 16-0 in conference, and won the American Athletic Conference Championship in 2020. Due to COVID-19, the NCAA Tournament was cancelled this year, and her projected one seed Huskies were unable to compete for a national championship.
"I'm excited to welcome Evelyn to our team," Cimino said. "She's a dynamic young coach whose vast experience at the both the collegiate and professional levels will help in our player development, particularly in our front court. She is a hard worker and has incredible technology and analytical skills that will translate nicely into the coaching profession. Her leadership, international perspective and passion for player development will help her connect with our players and assist in our recruiting efforts. Evelyn will be a great addition to our team and campus community."
After college, Adebayo began her professional career in Europe where she played in a several countries over three seasons. Her international experience also includes representing Great Britain in both the FIBA U16 and U20 European Championships.
A native of London, England, Adebayo earned a Master of Science in Information Systems Technology from George Washington's School of Business. There, she also earned a Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence. Her 4.0 GPA led her to be included as a Beta Gamma Sigma member, an International Business Honor Society. She received a Master of Science in Sports Management from the School of Education at the University of Connecticut and graduated with a 4.0 GPA. Adebayo completed her undergraduate degree from the Murray State University School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. There, she received Magna Cum Laude Honors.

Nsubuga was a dedicated student leader and basketball enthusiast at Dartmouth College, where she served as the Head Student Manager for the women's basketball team for three seasons. A member of the Class of 2025, Nsubuga played a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the program, supporting coaching staff and players with logistics, game preparation and team coordination. Her leadership and organizational skills have made her an integral part of the Big Green's athletic culture.
"I've never encountered a more mature, insightful, committed and loyal undergraduate student as I did with Michaela", said Cimino. "She is deeply involved on campus and is a constant presence in intangibles that have a meaningful impact on the Dartmouth community. She has a unique blend of leadership, confidence and organizational skills. Michaela is an efficient, detail-oriented, dedicated and reliable young woman and I'm so happy she is continuing her journey with us."
Nsubuga's blend of athletic insight, leadership and service positions her as a rising professional with a bright future in sports administration within athletics and will be an excellent full-time addition to the basketball staff.
A native of London, England, Nsubuga was a double major at Dartmouth, graduating with a degree in Anthropology Modified with a Global Health and minor in Biology. Before Dartmouth, she attended the Pomfret School in Connecticut, where she was a standout student-athlete, competing in both basketball and softball.
The staff will lead a roster that features 12 returners, including four starters from the 2024-2025 season.
