PHILADELPHIA — The Dartmouth men's tennis team wrapped up the three-day Penn Invitational Sunday in Philadelphia. Like the previous two days, the Big Green won a majority of their singles matches.
 
Carlos Guerrero Alvarez, who defeated the reigning Ivy League Player of the Year yesterday, joined 
Waleed Qadir as the two Big Green players to go 3-0 in singles action over the weekend as both bested opponents from William and Mary in two sets. Guerrero Alvarez also helped Dartmouth notch its lone doubles victory, partnering with 
Miles Groom.
 
Other singles wins came from 
Alex Knox-Jones, who earned his first of the weekend, and 
Daniel Webb.
 
The Big Green are back in action Friday, Oct. 7 to compete in ITA Regionals hosted by Army West Point.
