2015-16 (Senior): Appeared in 11 games, making 10 starts as he split time with fellow senior Charles Grant and sophomore Devin Buffalo...Finished the year with a 6-4 mark...Named to the first watch list for the Mike Richter Award, presented annually to the best goaltender in college hockey...Started the season opener vs. No. 11 Harvard on Oct. 31, making 15 saves in 29:57 of action...Picked up his first win of the season with a 21-save performance against Brown at home on Nov. 6...Notched a 30-save, 3-2 win at Princeton on Nov. 13...Posted 30 saves in a 6-3 win at Brown on Feb. 6...Had 32 saves in a loss at St. Lawrence on Feb. 26...Turned aside 18 shots in a 2-1 win at home against RPI on Feb. 13...Started the postseason with a 20-save overtime win in Game 1 of the first round against Colgate...Signed an ATO with the South Carolina Stingrays of the ECHL after Dartmouth's season concluded.
2014-15 (Junior): Played in and started 26 games…Set new Dartmouth single-season goaltending records with a 1.98 goals against average and a .926 save percentage…Named the winner of the John Manser Award as the team's Most Improved Player...Posted a 13-9-4 record…Posted three shutouts…Finished eighth in the country in GAA and 17th in save percentage...Had six games of 30 or more saves…Started the season opener at Harvard on Nov. 1, setting a new career high with 34 saves in a 3-3 tie with the Crimson...Stopped 32 shots, including 11 in the third and five in OT, and picked up the win at No. 8 Union on Nov. 7, helping lead Dartmouth back from a 3-0 deficit for the victory...Picked up his first career shutout with a 23-save performance at home against Brown in a 6-0 win on Nov. 15…Helped Dartmouth to its first win over a No. 1 ranked team in the nation when he turned aside all 23 shots against No. 1 BU on Nov. 30, stifling the country’s top offensive line in the process…Shutout Princeton on Mar. 7 in Game 2 of the first round to sweep Princeton and advance on to the ECAC Hockey Quarterfinals…Was named the ECAC Hockey Goaltender of the Week twice (Dec. 2 and Mar. 3).
2013-14 (Sophomore): Was 1-3-1 in five starts…Posted a team-best 2.85 goals against average, while also boasting an .876 save percentage…Turned aside 17 shots against Princeton on Feb. 1 to earn his first collegiate win as the Big Green held on for a 5-3 victory…Was in net for the 1-1 tie at home with Cornell on Jan. 18, making 23 saves in the process...Missed numerous games in the beginning of the season due to a broken finger.
2012-13 (Freshman): Appeared in just one game of relief all season…Played 33:21 of relief at Clarkson on Feb. 22, making 12 saves and allowing just one goal…Posted eight saves in the third period.
Before Dartmouth: Spent the 2011-12 season with the Langley Rivermen of the BCHL...Played in 34 games, posting a goals-against average of 3.91 and an .894 save percentage for the upstart Langley team...Played one season in the NAHL with the Texas Tornado (39 games) and the Alexandria Blizzard (1 game)...In nearly 40 games with Texas, posted a 2.36 GAA and a .914 save percentage...An exceptional high school goalie, Kruger's best season came in 2009-10 as he had a 1.62 GAA and a save percentage of .933 for Minnetonka (Minn.), including a 1.57 GAA and .941 save percentage in the team's playoff run that ended as Minnesota finalists...Was tabbed as the Minnetonka HS Scholar-Athlete of the Year as a senior...Recipient of the Hobey Baker Character Award as a senior along with a spot on the state's all-tournament team...Named all-state and all-conference as a sophomore, junior and senior...Played four seasons of tennis in high school as well, serving as a captain his senior year.
