BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Dartmouth equestrian team traveled to the Bowdoin on Saturday, October 15 for the third competition of the season. 

The team claimed Reserve Champion, with New Hampshire claiming the top spot.

Freshman Sophie Lenihan started off the day by winning second place in her Open Fences class, with freshman Lilly Higgins coming in fourth. 

Later in the afternoon, senior Cristiana Salvatori rode to victory in her Novice Flat class, which also qualified her to move to the Intermediate division for the remainder of the season.

Sophomore Sophie King continued the winning streak, claiming first in her Advanced Walk Trot Canter class.

Sophomore Holly Langley brought the day to a successful end, riding to victory in her Walk Trot class, and winning the points needed for the team to earn Reserve Champion honors.
