HANOVER, N.H. – Dartmouth women’s hockey junior Christine Honor was named the ECAC Hockey Goaltender of the Week, as announced by the league office on Tuesday.

This is the first time in her three years in Hanover that the Mississauga, Ontario, native has been recognized by the conference.

Honor had a great weekend in net, helping the Big Green pick up two points in the ties against Rensselaer (1-1) and Union (2-2). For the first time ever, she had over 40 saves in back-to-back games, stopping 42 against the Engineers and 46 versus the Dutchwomen. Through 129 minutes, the junior made 88 saves while allowing just three goals for a .967 save percentage and 1.39 goals against average.

This weekend, Dartmouth will close the 2017-18 season on the road against No. 2 Clarkson and No. 8 St. Lawrence.
