HANOVER, N.H. – The Dartmouth women's hockey team has released its schedule for the upcoming 2017-18 season. The Big Green will play one scrimmage, one exhibition and 27 regular-season games throughout the five-month campaign.

First up for Dartmouth will be a scrimmage at Thompson Arena against Holy Cross (Oct. 13) before the Big Green host their annual exhibition game against McGill two days later (Oct. 15). That will be the last time the team plays at home in October, as it will go on a four-game road trip to Harvard (Oct. 20), New Hampshire (Oct. 22), Quinnipiac and Princeton (Oct. 27-28) to start the regular season.

Dartmouth will play the next nine games at home, spanning the entirety of both November and December without once having to travel. A pair of contests against Maine (Nov. 4-5) will kick off the two-month homestand, followed by visits from Yale and Brown (Nov. 10-11). Dartmouth will face Holy Cross for the second time in a month (Nov. 24), this time to close November in Hanover.

The Big Green will meet the Tigers and the Bobcats for the second time on Dec. 1-2 before hosting a single game against the Crimson (Dec. 6). On New Year's Eve, Dartmouth will close 2017 against UConn, playing the Huskies for the 19th time in program history and the first time since 2011.

After playing so many home games in a row, the Big Green will play six-of-eight games in January away from Hanover, starting with Union and RPI (Jan. 5-6) and then Cornell and Colgate (Jan. 12-13). Dartmouth will host St. Lawrence and Clarkson – the last of the ECAC Hockey teams that it has yet to face for the first time – on Jan. 19-20 before taking on Brown and Yale (Jan. 26-27) on the road.

The Green will host Colgate and Cornell (Feb. 2-3) and RPI and Union (Feb. 9-10) to close out their home schedule. Dartmouth will wrap up the regular season a few days later at Clarkson and St. Lawrence (Feb. 16-17).
