BOSTON, Mass. — Fenway Sports Management today announced that the Division I college football game between Dartmouth College and Brown University in the Fenway Gridiron Series presented by Your Call Football will be played in primetime at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 10 at Fenway Park. For fans not in attendance at Fenway Park, the game will be televised nationally on NBC Sports Network through a broadcast partnership between the Ivy League and the NBC Sports Group. The game will mark the third appearance at Fenway Park for both Brown and Dartmouth.

“We’re thrilled to have Dartmouth and Brown playing each other in Fenway Park’s own version of Friday Night Lights,” said Mark Lev, Managing Director of Fenway Sports Management. “It promises to be an exciting night for the players, coaches and fans of both schools playing on national television at Fenway Park.”

The Fenway Gridiron Series presented by Your Call Football will feature marquee matchups of New England’s premier college football programs. In addition to Dartmouth vs. Brown, University of Massachusetts will host the University of Maine on November 11 and the University of Connecticut will host Boston College on November 18.

Fenway Park has a long history of hosting football dating back to its opening in 1912. The ballpark was commonly transformed into the gridiron for high school and college football games throughout the early 20th Century and was home to the Boston Patriots from 1963-68. In November 2015, football returned to Fenway Park for the first time since 1968 when Notre Dame hosted Boston College. 2015 also featured a series of Massachusetts high school football rivalries playing traditional Thanksgiving games at Fenway Park.
