HANOVER, N.H. — Buddy Teevens, the Robert L. Blackman Head Football Coach at Dartmouth College, will be at Fenway Park on the night of Monday, July 31 to throw out a ceremonial first pitch before the Boston Red Sox host the Cleveland Indians, which starts at 7:10 p.m. Originally scheduled for this honor back on April 25 only to have it canceled due to rain, Teevens will have another opportunity to throw a strike on the historic field.
Teevens will be on hand to promote the Dartmouth football game this fall that is a part of the Fenway Gridiron Series. The Big Green will take on the Brown Bears on Friday, Nov. 10 at 8 p.m., televised by NBC Sports Network, as the first of three college football games at Fenway Park this fall, the others being UMass and Maine the following day, and Boston College and UConn on Nov. 18. Tickets for the game are now available through Fenway Park at redsox.com/gridiron.
