HANOVER, N.H. – The No. 8 Dartmouth heavyweight rowing team took down No. 19 Georgetown in the final home event of the year.

In the second varsity event the Big Green raced its second varsity boat (5:08.0) and third varsity (5:13.6) as well, against the Hoyas (5:19.5), both teams finishing ahead of the opponent. 

The varsity eight came out victorious (5:01.3), securing the third win of the season for Dartmouth as Georgetown came in second (5:09.1).

Sunday’s race completes the regular season before the Big Green head to the Eastern Sprints Regatta in Worcester in two weeks.
