NORFOLK, Va. – The Dartmouth men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams were named College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America Teams this week.

The Big Green were two of 688 college swim teams nationwide that achieved a grade point average of 3.0 or higher during the fall. The men’s team had a 3.20 GPA, while the women had a 3.39.

Each year, the award is presented twice, once in the fall and again in the spring.

Founded in 1922, the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) – the oldest organization of college coaches in America -is a professional organization of college swimming and diving coaches dedicated to serving and providing leadership for the advancement of the sport of swimming & diving at the collegiate level.

The end of the 2017-18 season is fast approaching. This weekend, the teams will head to New York to face Columbia in their final dual meets before the Ivy League Championship. The women will compete first at Harvard (Feb. 14-17), while the men will go to Princeton a week later (Feb 21-24).
