NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Dartmouth men’s tennis concluded the ITA Northeast Regional on Sunday with some quarterfinal and semifinal doubles matches.
The Big Green had three pairs make it to the quarterfinal. Senior Max Fliegner and freshman Peter Conklin defeated their opponents from Army, 8-3, while junior Roko Glasnovic and sophomore Charlie Broom had an 8-5 win over players from Harvard.
Advancing to the semifinal, both duos faced doubles teams from Columbia. Fliegner and Conklin took on Jack Lin and William Matheson and fell 6-3, 6-0. Glasnovic and Broom played Jackie Tang and Victor Pham and dropped a 6-3, 6-4 decision to the Lions.
Next up for Dartmouth will be the Gopher Invitational in Minnesota. That will take place from Friday, Nov. 3 through Sunday, Nov. 5.
