HANOVER, N.H.  – Dartmouth men's golf senior Sean Fahey capped off his final tournament with a career-high finish, a tie for eighth, earning him an All-Ivy Second Team Selection.

Fahey played strong throughout the Ivy League Championship, steadily improving throughout each round as he carded a 76-74-72—222 (+6) concluding his tournament in a tie with Penn's Zareh Kaloustian. While he did not take the overall title, Fahey took home some of his own accomplishments, leading the field of 40 with his 39 pars, making a fifth of those posted by the Big Green. In addition, he also notched the most birdies of any member of Dartmouth's team.

Fahey has maintained a strong momentum throughout the 2016-2017 season making appearances in each tournament, in which he was listed among the top 25 competitors in half of them. During his tenure, he has played 70 career rounds with an average stroke of 75.529.
