LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Dartmouth men's track & field team saw the final individuals compete in 2017 Saturday night at the NCAA East Regional.
Held at the University of Kentucky, the meet failed to see any of the Big Green's nine qualifiers move on to nationals in Oregon in two weeks.
In the triple jump, sophomore Justin Donawa was just on the outside looking in on moving on to Eugene, finishing 17th thanks to a jump of 15.43m on his third attempt. In his final collegiate competition, Corey Muggler finished 42nd with a 14.40m leap on his third attempt.
Sophomore Lucas Ribeiro finished 42nd in the discus as his first throw of the day — measuring 50.10m — was his best.
In the final event of the day, senior Connor Clark ran a 15:43.70 to finish 22nd in his heat, failing to secure a berth at nationals.
