TAMPA, Fla. – Seven members of the Dartmouth women’s track & field team are ready to take on the field at the 2018 NCAA Outdoor East Regional this week.
Starting Thursday, seven members of the Big Green will square off with the best the east has to offer in their respective events as South Florida hosts the three-day meet at USF Track & Field Stadium.
Sophomore Cha'Mia Rothwell is competing in both the 100m hurdles as well as the long jump, while Lauren Sapone and Julia Stevenson are both running in the 3000m steeplechase getting underway Friday night.
Each of the seven individual student-athletes will be looking to secure a berth at the 2018 NCAA Championship Meet June 6-9 at Oregon’s Hayward Field in Eugene.
Due to inclement weather expected in the Tampa area this week, a majority of events have moved up their times from their originally scheduled starts. Please see the table below and the attached schedule of events for new start times.
The meet will be streamed live on FloTrack in partnership with the NCAA. There is a subscription fee to watch.
