Made an immediate impact as a freshman, earning the team’s Rookie of the Year honor will playing in all but one game, starting all but two … was named the Ivy League co-Player of the Week once and Rookie of the Week twice … led the league with 17 stolen bases and was second with 27 walks … tied for the team lead with nine multi-RBI games … reached base safely in his first 13 games, hitting .356 (16-for-45) with an on-base percentage of .508 ... singled twice and walked in his collegiate debut, an 8-4 win over Eastern Michigan … led off opening game at 17th-ranked Miami with a double and scored the only run in the 1-0 victory … two days later, led off the 5-0 win over the Hurricanes with his first collegiate home run … started the spring trip with a 3-for-4 day with two runs and two RBIs, including another leadoff blast in a 7-2 triumph at The Citadel … capped the four-game series by going 2-for-3 with three walks and three runs in a wild 10-9 win … delivered a two-run single to cap a four-run sixth in a 4-1 victory at No. 26 UCF, clinching the series … went 3-for-9 with a triple and three RBIs in the doubleheader sweep at Columbia … singled, doubled and homered while scoring three times and driving in two in a 9-5 triumph at Penn … catalyst in the 7-2 win at Yale, going 3-for-5 with two runs, two RBIs and a stolen base … homered in his final at-bat of the year, a two-out, two-run bomb at Harvard to give Dartmouth a 7-6 lead.

Lettered all three years at the Brunswick School for coach Johnny Montanez ... MSG Connecticut Player of the Year while leading his team to a Fairchester Athletic Association championship with a 14-0 league record and 20-2 mark overall as a senior ... also named all-metro first team, Brunswick School MVP and Perfect Game Northeast Region Second Team ... two-time All-FAA First Team and MSG All-Connecticut First Team ... helped Brunswick to 17-2 record and perfect 14-0 mark in league play for the FAA championship as a junior as well ... All-FAA Second Team as a sophomore ... played varsity ball at Rye High School as a freshman, earning all-conference honorable mention.
