BOSTON – The Dartmouth women’s cross country team finished fourth Friday afternoon at Boston College’s Coast-to-Coast Invitational at Franklin Park.

Leading the Big Green to 132 team points was Olivia Lantz and her 10th-place finish. The junior ran the 5K course in 17:30.

Freshman Ella Ketchum was the second Dartmouth harrier to score, claiming 15th in 17:35, while Bridget O’Neill was 31st in 17:57. Bridget Flynn took 37th overall in 18:03. The last scoring runner or the Green and White was senior Leigh Moffett, crossing in 18:06.

The sixth and seventh runners for the team from the Upper Valley were Abby Livingston (44th, 18:12) and Allison Anderson (48th, 18:14), respectively.

BC’s meet is one of the most competitive of the season, featuring a wealth of top-tier teams from across the county. No. 7 Providence was the day’s winner with 71 points, while No. 18 Indiana (78) and No. 25 Georgetown (78) were the other two teams ahead of Dartmouth in the standings. The Hoosiers took second thanks to their average time of finish being four seconds better than the Hoyas’.

Cornell (5th, 143), Brown (6th, 266) and Harvard (9th, 271) were the other Ivy League teams that cracked the top-10 behind the Big Green.
