HANOVER, N.H. – The Dartmouth women’s squash team handed out their annual post season awards at their yearly banquet recently after a solid ending to the 2015-16 campaign.

The Big Green captured their first Kurtz Cup in four years, defeating Drexel 5-4 in the CSA Team Championship in New Haven.

Sophomore Janel Gaube was named the team’s MVP after a stellar season where she went 12-5, including a six match winning streak from January 16 to February 9.

Sophomore Rebecca Brownell took home Most Improved honors after she advanced to the second round of the CSA Individual Championship. She finished the season with eight wins which included victories in her final four matches of the season.

As a team, Dartmouth finished 8-9, 1-6 in the Ivy League, winning 60 of the 152 games played.
