Jenn Verser is entering her fifth season as an assistant coach at Dartmouth. Verser joined the staff in the fall of 2008. In her first season in Hanover, she helped the Big Green women's squad to a solid improvement and a sixth place finish at the Ivy Championships.

Verser has also been instrumental in the rise of both the men's and women's teams. In 2011-12 Verser helped the Dartmouth men's squad to its first top-five finish at the Ivy League Championship since 1981 and also helped the women to a fifth-place finish as well.

Prior to her arrival in Hanover, Verser served as an assistant coach with the Machine Aquatics Swimming Club in Virginia.  Verser worked with Machine Aquatics from 2006-08, coaching swimmers at a variety of skill levels from developmental to elite, including those training for Junior Nationals and Olympic Trials. The program is currently ranked among the top 50 in the USA Swimming Virtual Club Championship.

Verser most recently spent time coaching on deck with Kim Brackin and Eddie Reese at the University of Texas' Longhorns Swim Camp. She was a counselor for swimmers ages 8 to 18 and had the opportunity to learn from several Olympians, including Aaron Peirsol, Brendan Hansen and Josh Davis.

In the pool, Verser was a four-year member of the varsity swim team at the University of New Hampshire. At UNH, Verser was part of four America East Championship teams and two ECAC Championship teams. She was the recipient of the Most Improved award in 2001 and the Coach's award in 2003.

Verser earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from UNH in 2003 and her master's degree in elementary education from Marymount University in 2007.
