Ryan Fahey begins his fifth season with the Dartmouth program in 2017.

In his second season with the Big Green, Fahey mentored All-Ivy goalkeeper Stefan Cleveland and helped lead a defense that led the Ivy League in fewest goals against.

In 2013, Fahey worked with the tandem of Stefan Cleveland and James Hickok; as the duo posted a combined 1.17 goals against average and a .789 save percentage.

Prior to his appointment at Dartmouth, Fahey spent three years at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, where he was been an assistant coach working primarily  with the goalkeepers.

A goalkeeper by trade, Fahey helped the Stags to three consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances and also served as the Stags Camp Director.

In addition to his duties at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, Fahey served as the Chivas USA Youth Academy goalkeeper coach and served as a trainer at CATZ Sports Performance Center. Fahey has also served as a coach for the Foothill Storm Soccer Club and as private goalkeeper coach.

A 2010 graduate of Claremont McKenna, Fahey was a two-time first-team All-SCIAC selection and a third-team National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-Far West selection in 2008. As a team captain in 2009, he helped his team to the SCIAC Tournament title and a first-round victory in the NCAA Championship.

Fahey holds a NSCAA Advanced Diploma and NSCAA Goalkeeper I and II Diplomas.
