Stravinsky joined the Dartmouth staff as the DP2/Varsity Assistant in 2012 and was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Peak Performance in 2013. In her role, Stravinsky provides academic, curricular and life skills advising to individual student-athletes and athletic teams as part of DP2. Stravinsky works alongside Dartmouth’s Academic Skills Center, the Undergraduate Deans Office, and faculty members to develop and deliver programs with a particular emphasis on academic and personal development commitments. She serves as an advisor to the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and coordinates the Team Faculty Advisor Program.
A 2011 Colby-Sawyer College graduate, Stravinsky previously served as an intern for Dartmouth Athletics, which helped her decide to pursue a master's degree in higher education administration. Stravinsky was a four-year letter winner and senior captain on the women's basketball team at Colby-Sawyer. In addition to Stravinsky's undergraduate experience at Dartmouth, she also served as an operations assistant with the Bay State Games of Massachusetts. She recently finished the coursework for her Master's of Education from Northeastern University.
Stravinsky is currently a member of the National Association of Collegiate Women Athletic Administrators (NACWAA).
