CAMBRIDGE, Mass.- The Dartmouth women's rowing team took home two top 15 finishes at the annual Head of the Charles regatta on the Charles River in Cambridge, Mass., on Sunday. The women's 8+ took 12th place and the 4+ finished in 13th place.

In the championship eights race, Dartmouth took 12th place with a time of 16:56.35. The Big Green were one of five Ivy League squads to take top 15 finishes and were behind Yale, Princeton and Cornell and were just ahead of Penn. There were 37 boats in the field as well from institutions across the country as well as several foreign crews.

The Big Green's eight was comprised of Sarah Kler (cox), Anna Harty, Hayley Daniell, Juliet Hollingsworth, Morgan Weller, Jamie Chapman, Louisa Harrison, Elizabeth Salesky and Sarah Cohan.

 Dartmouth's championship four took 13th place with a time of 19:45.63. The four was seventh out of the collegiate boats and finished behind Ivy League foes Yale and Brown in the 20-boat race.

The championship four consisted of Carly Rauh (cox), Ellen Sandmeyer, Hannah Jeton, Lilly Maguire and  Paige Monborne.

Dartmouth will be back on the water next week when it heads to the Princeton Chase on Sunday (Oct. 30).
