PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The Dartmouth men’s squash team had a pair players compete on Friday at the CSA Individual Championship.
The Pool Division features the top 32 ranked players in college squash, while the Molloy Division will see the No. 33-80 players squaring off.
Pease was impressive, winning both of his matches to advance to the round of 16. In the opener, the senior cruised to a 3-0 win over Notre Dame’s top player, Michael Desantis. In the three games, the Cincinnati, Ohio, native dropped just three points for his most convincing win this season.
In his second match, Pease scored a 3-1 win against Navy’s Andrew McGuiness. With the match knotted at one, Pease outlasted McGuiness, 12-10 in the third game and won 11-6 in the fourth set.
In the Pool Division, Jung dropped his first round match to Harvard’s top player, Ali Farag, 3-0. Later, in his first round consolation match, Jung fell to Trinity’s Vrishab Kotian, 3-0. Jung battled earning eight points in each of the fist two games, but Kotian held off the charge to advance.

Fletcher Pease beat Andrew McGuiness (Naval Academy number 2) 11-5, 8-11, 12-10, 11-6 (48 minutes).
