AMHERST, MASS. – The Dartmouth men's squash team had three athletes still competing at the CSA Individual Championships at Amherst on Saturday. The Big Green had one player left in the Pool Division and two left in the Molloy Division.
Senior Nick Sisodia's (Chicago, Ill.) first match of the day was in the first round consolation quarterfinals. He played Nicholas Sachvie of Cornell and defeated him, 11-2, 11-5, 11-7. The win moved Sisodia to the semifinals where he faced Johan Detter of Trinity. Against Detter, Sisodia won, 11-6, 8-11, 8-11, 11-8, 11-9, to move to the consolation finals. He plays Christopher Callis of Princeton on Sunday at 11:45 a.m.
In the Molloy Division, senior Luke Lee (Seoul, Korea) took on Blake Reinson of Brown in the round of 16. Reinson earned a 7-11, 11-5, 7-11, 11-9, 11-7 to knock Lee into the third round consolation bracket.
Junior Robbie Maycock (Devonshire, Bermuda) competed against Valentin Quan of Middlebury in the second round consolation bracket and lost, 11-6, 12-10, 11-8.
