HANOVER, N.H. – With Thanksgiving this week, the Dartmouth men’s hockey team hopes the giving sentiment of the Holiday Season will be on full display Friday and Saturday evenings.

The Big Green will host its annual toy drive to benefit the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD) during two games at Thompson Arena this weekend. Fans are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy to either the women’s hockey game Friday night vs. Northeastern (7 p.m.) or the men’s game against Harvard (7 p.m.) the following evening.

Players from the men’s team will be on the concourse collecting toys during Friday night’s women’s game, while a select number of players not in uniform during the contest against the Crimson will be helping out on Saturday.

The annual CHaD toy drive is one of the team’s favorite events each year and its success is a testament to the generosity of Dartmouth fans and the Upper Valley Community.
