HANOVER, N.H. - The Dartmouth women's hockey team scored three unanswered goals en route to a 4-2 victory against Yale on Tuesday night inside Thompson Arena in ECAC Hockey and Ivy League action.

The Big Green complete the season sweep of the Bulldogs after notching a 5-4 overtime win in New Haven on Nov. 2.

With the win the Green and White run their home unbeaten streak to seven, while improving to 14-7-4 overall and 9-6-3 in conference games.

Dartmouth scored their second come-from-behind triumph against Yale this season thanks to timely offense and aggressive defense.

Yale's Lynn Kennedy opened the scoring just over five minutes into play, tallying her first goal of the season to give Yale the 1-0 advantage.

54 seconds into the second period freshman Ailish Forfar tied the game at one as she came flying in and beat Bulldogs' goaltender Jaimie Leonoff. Senior defenseman Sasha Nanji and freshman forward Catherine Berghuis set the play up nicely as Forfar skated in uncontested.

Forfar's classmate and linemate Lindsey Allen gave the Big Green a 2-1 lead late in the second, netting her seventh marker of the season. The line of Forfar, Allen and Berghuis showed why the future looks bright for Dartmouth combining for two goals and two assists, while earning three valuable points in the conference standings.

Five minutes into the third period senior Camille Dumais scored the eventual game winner off a face-off in Yale's zone. Reagan Fischer won the face off over to Dumais, who fired a wrist shot past Leonoff giving Dartmouth a 3-1 advantage.

With just over three minutes left to play in regulartion, Kate Martini scored a power-play goal to pull the Bulldogs within one, but the Big Green would answer as senior Jessica Gagner scored an empty-net goal with 45 seconds remaining to seal the victory.

Junior netminder Lindsay Holdcroft made 15 saves in the winning effort for the team from the Upper Valley.

Dartmouth improves to 6-2-1 in Ivy League play, while Yale falls to 1-7-0.

The Big Green return to action this weekend, Feb. 15-16, for their final road trip of the season taking on Colgate and Cornell. Puck-drop is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Friday against the Titans and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday against the Big Red.
