ALBANY, N.Y. – Eight members of the Dartmouth women’s hockey team from this past season were recognized for their work in the classroom with spots on the 2013-14 ECAC Hockey All-Academic Team.

Players are eligible for the all-academic team if they earn a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale or have a GPA over 3.00 over the past three semesters.

Senior netminder Lindsay Holdcroft earned her selection to the league’s academic team for the fourth time in her career, appearing on the list in each season with the Big Green.

Karlee Odland, Ali Winkel, Morgan Illikainen and Samantha Zeiss all appeared on the year-end list for the third time in their collegiate careers.

In all, 160 student-athletes from ECAC Hockey’s 12 academic institutions posted marks that earned spots on this year’s list.
