BOSTON, Mass. – The No. 9 Dartmouth lightweight rowing team fell to No. 2 Harvard in the Biglin Bowl Saturday in Boston, as No. 12 MIT came in third place. The host team Crimson has won the regatta every year since 2009 and remains undefeated on the season.

In the first varsity event the Big Green (5:53.49) finished eight seconds behind Harvard (5:45.126) and just a second head of the Engineers (5:54.72). The home team (5:59.50) continued to dominate their home course, taking a win in the second varsity with a 10-second advantage over Dartmouth (6:09.58) with MIT coming in third again right behind the green and white (6:10.18).

Harvard raced three boats in the third varsity which all finished ahead of the Big Green as the Crimson swept all races. Dartmouth returns to Hanover to host Mercyhurst in on Sunday morning.
