Anne Hudak joined the Dartmouth staff in 2007 and took over as Assistant Athletic Director for Student Enhancement in 2008. She spent one year as director of basketball operations for the Big Green teams. As Assistant AD for Student Enhancement, Hudak provided academic and life skills advising to individual student-athletes and athletic teams. As Peak Perofrmance developed in the Summer of 2011, Hudak joined the team. Now as the Associate Athletic Director of Peak Performance, she coordinates the development and delivery of programs with a particular emphasis on the academic, community service and personal development of student-athletes. She directs the LEAD Summer Leadership program for Big Green athletes and also the Dartmouth’s team faculty advisor program.
Hudak came to Dartmouth after a five-year stint as Assistant Women's ice Hockey coach at St. Michael’s College. While at St. Michael’s, Hudak also served as Assistant to the Athletic Director and also coached two seasons of women’s lacrosse. Prior to her years at Sain't Michael's, Hudak had worked in the Boston area in Marketing, Medical Writing and Event Management.Hudak is a graduate of the NCAA Women’s Coaches Academy and NCAA Women’s Coaches Academy Dimension 2. She is an active member of National Association of Collegiate Women Athletic Administrators (NACWAA) as well as N4A. A native of Barnstable, Mass., she graduated from Wheaton College in 1997 with a BA in Economics after playing lacrosse for the Lyons. She also earned her Masters in the Science of Administration in December of 2011 from Saint Michael's College.
