Q & A with Brendan
Why Dartmouth?
The reasons why I came to Dartmouth aren't really the reasons why I love Dartmouth today. While I loved then (and still love) the size and undergraduate focus, I had no idea I was going to row when I came here and it ended up being such a huge part of my life.
How long have you been rowing and what got you interested in rowing?
I started this fall due to a lucky series of events that still makes me chuckle.
Have you won any academic or rowing awards recently?
Negatory
Tell me something interesting about you that might come as a surprise to your teammates.
Believe it or not, I have a rather large cranium.
What other activities do you participate in on campus?
Class, and labs. That's about all I've had time for this year, but I'm also going to be a first-year UGA next year.
What are your future plans, if any?
I've got my life planned for about the next year and that's enough for me. Beyond that I have vague ideas of grad school in biochemistry. I'm sure I'll read this in a few years and wonder what I was thinking back in Freshman year.
