PARK CITY, Utah — Due to unsafe course conditions at Park City Mountain Resort, the men’s and women’s slalom races at the 2014 NCAA Skiing Championships have been postponed. The slalom has been rescheduled for Saturday beginning at 11 a.m. (EST), as has the cross country freestyle races at Soldier Hollow, which was originally scheduled to start at noon (EST).

The University of Denver leads the field at the halfway point of the championships with 299 points while host Utah sits in second with 248. After Colorado (240.5) and New Mexico (231), the University of Vermont holds a 55.5-point edge on Dartmouth for fifth place, 186.5-131.
