CAMBRIDGE, MASS. — The Dartmouth women's golf team finished the first round at the Harvard Invitational on Saturday and is currently in seventh at the seven-team event. The tournament features all Ivy League teams with Harvard leading the event with a team score of 311. Penn is in second at 318 and Princeton sits in third at 319. The Big Green combined to shoot a 328 in the opening round.

Freshman Jane Lee (North Shore City, New Zealand) is tied for third in the tournament after shooting 5-over-par 77 at the par-72 6,006-yard course. Sophomore Sarah Knapp (Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.) is not far behind in a tie for sixth after carding a 6-over-par 78.

Senior Heather Roland (Newtown Square, Pa.) is tied for 29th after firing a 14-over-par 86, senior Marietta Smith (Mount Prospect, Ill.) is tied for 34th after an 87 and freshman Savannah Grice (Atlanta, Ga.) carded a 95 in the first round and is in 39th.

Tiffany Lim and Bonnie Hu, both from Harvard, are tied for first at 3-over-par 75. The tournament concludes on Sunday.
