HANOVER, N.H. — With a combined score of 622 strokes, the Dartmouth women's golf team finished fourth overall at the Dartmouth Invitational, held at Hanover Country Club Saturday and Sunday. The squad shot 315 on day one of the Invite and improved with 307 strokes at Sunday's finale.

With scores of 76 and 71, for a two-day total of 147, Dartmouth's Jane Lee led the Big Green with a fifth place individual finish. She finished just four strokes behind individual champion Sheyra Ghei of Yale, who totaled 143 strokes with a 71 and 72.

Junior Sarah Knapp also placed in the top-20 for Dartmouth, tying for 15th with a combined score of 156.

Yale was the overall team champion, combining for 598 strokes on the weekend. Boston University (613) finished second, while Brown was third (619).

Dartmouth returns to the green Sept. 22-23 for the Yale Invitational in New Haven.
