William finished 15-of-18 for 128 yards including a TD to McManus to end his first series and another TD to the sophomore on his final throw of the afternoon.
Sophomore QB Alex Park passed for 214 yards on 19-for-33 passing.
McManus topped the Big Green in catches with eight grabs for 42 yards. Robbie Anthony had a game-high 95 yards receiving on five catches. Kirby Schoenthaler caught three balls for 52 yards, tight end Cole Marcoux three for 32 and tailback Kyle Bramble three for 30.
Starting tailback Dominick Pierre was held out, so a balanced Dartmouth run game saw Williams, Brian Grove, Kyle Bramble, John Higgins and quarterback Ernest Evans each collect between 15 and 25 yards.
Freshman defensive back Josh Winslow had the only interception of the afternoon on the next-to-last series of the day.
Linebacker Will McNamara posted a game-high 10 tackles. Tyler Stout added seven stops while fellow linebackers Bronson Green and Ben Ticknor had six, as did safety Andrew Donahue. Defensive end Sawyer Whalen, corner A.J. Dettorre and safety Steve Dazzo had five stops apiece.
Green and corner Patrick Clancy had knockdowns while Whalen and fellow defensive end Jake Young had sacks.
Peter Calvanelli got off 48- and 57-yard punts, the longest by the three kickers on the day.
Junior linebacker Bronson Green and senior safety Garrett Waggoner will repeat as Dartmouth captains and will be joined next fall by junior tailback Dominick Pierre after a vote of the Big Green players.
