Kirby Schoenthaler FRESHMAN (2011)
Received the Earl Hamilton Freshman Award as the top rookie contributor for the Big Green ... led Dartmouth with 25 receptions and was second with 227 receiving yards ... played as a reserve in the season opener, with his first touch coming on an end-around for seven yards, then started each of the final nine contests ... first career catch was a 17-yard touchdown to get the Green on the board at Sacred Heart ... also returned a kickoff 25 yards against the Pioneers ... hauled in a season-long 34-yard pass against Penn as he led the squad with 46 receiving yards on three catches ... posted a season-high five receptions for 31 yards at Yale ... had two key third-down receptions for a total of 31 yards at Holy Cross to sustain a fourth-quarter touchdown drive ... again led squad in receiving with four catches and 44 yards in 37-0 shutout of Columbia ... returned a pair of kickoffs in the win at Brown ... grabbed four passes for 23 yards in the season finale against Princeton, but his big play was a 34-yard scamper down to the Tiger nine-yard line.

After starting several games as a freshman quarterback he started all 33 the next three seasons at Bartlesville, helping a team that won just one game his first year go 22-11 the next three ... passed for 102 touchdowns and accounted for nearly 10,000 yards of total offense in his career ... helped Bruins to first back-to-back winning seasons in almost a decade and first playoff win in 20 years ... led team in rushing as a junior and senior and accounted for 40 touchdowns — running and passing — as a senior while earning all-state honors ... completed 69 percent of his throws for 2,391 yards as a junior ... also played defensive back ... ran a sub-11 second 100 meters and a reported 4.49 in the 40 ... one of 10 Oklahomans named as National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame scholars.
