Exceptional spring leaves him at number one on the depth chart at quarterback … continues to improve reads and decision-making … possesses a strong arm and defenders must be wary of him scrambling for yards … completed 13-of-21 passes for 131 yards and two touchdowns in the annual Green-White scrimmage last spring.

Junior (2008)
Completed at least 56 percent of his passes in six of the eight games he threw a pass … started six games behind center … began the season with a bang at Colgate, completing 29-of-48 passes without an interception for 343 yards, the 11th highest single-game total in Dartmouth history … tossed a three-yard scoring strike in the middle of the third quarter to give the Green a 20-13 lead … also had his longest toss of the season against the Raiders, a 49-yard bomb to Eric Paul ’09 … topped 200 yards against Holy Cross, connecting on 21-of-36 for 232 yards and a season-high two touchdowns … was not sacked against the Crusaders either … had touchdown tosses at home against both New Hampshire and Yale … first career reception was a 15-yarder on a flea-flicker from Tim McManus … came off the bench in the season finale at Princeton to complete 15-of-25 for 177 yards … did not have a pass picked off in his final 40 attempts of the year.

Sophomore (2007)
Completed 32-of-62 passes for 484 yards and five touchdowns … efficiency rating of 134.12 would have been second in Ivy League with enough attempts … went 14-for-23 for 189 yards and one touchdown in win over Columbia to earn first career start the next week at Harvard … had two completions of 50 or more yards and three games with more than 100 passing yards … showed potential in season-opener against UNH when he was 4-for-4 for 52 yards and one touchdown … had been selected most improved quarterback at the end of spring drills after freshman season.

Freshman (2006)
Completed 37-of-65 passes for 536 yards and four touchdowns with the jayvees … completed 56.9 percent of his throws and averaged 8.25 yards per attempt … was 6-of-8 for 48 yards against Middlebury … went 9-of-16 for 144 yards against Bridgton with TDs of 17 and 28 yards … threw for 178 yards with two 32-yard scoring strikes against Milford.

Two-year football captain at Wayland where he won three letters in basketball and two in baseball … broke every game, season and career passing record at Wayland … named first-team all-state by the Massachusetts Football Coaches Association and chosen for the Eastern Massachusetts Shriners Football Classic as a senior … MetroWest Daily News All-Star and offensive MVP, Dual County League All-Star and offensive MVP final year … Boston Globe All-Scholastic, Eastern Mass All-Star and team offensive MVP … team offensive MVP and Eastern Mass, MetroWest and Dual County All-Star as a junior … National Honor Society member … nominated for Wendy’s High School Heisman.
