DAY CAMP
August 12-16 2013
9:00-10:30 a.m.: On-ice Session
10:45 a.m.: Off-Ice Skills
11:30 a.m.: Shooting
12:00 p.m.: Lunch
1:00 p.m.: Field Activity
1:45 p.m.: Video/Lecture
2:30-4 p.m.: Ice Session

OVERNIGHT CAMP -
Check in  Sunday August 4, 3 p.m. - 5 p.m., pick up Friday August 9, 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. after last game

7:00 a.m.: Wake up
7:30 a.m.: Breakfast
8:30 - 9:45 a.m.: Ice Session
10:00 a.m.: Shooting
11:00 a.m.: Off-ice Training
12:00 p.m.:   Lunch
12:45 p.m.: Field Activity
2:15-3:15 p.m.: On Ice Session
4:30 p.m.: Off Ice Skills
5:30 p.m.: Dinner
6:30 - 7:30 p.m.: Scrimmage
8:00 p.m.: Video/Lecture
10 p.m.: lights out

Players attending the Overnight and Full Day Camp will have at least three hours of ice per day.
