HANOVER, N.H. – The Dartmouth men’s and women’s swimming and diving squads get back into action in the Northeast when they compete at the Ivy Tri-Meet on Saturday in New Haven, Conn.
The women will begin competition at 10 a.m., while the men’s meet is scheduled to start at 3 p.m. Fellow Ivy League members Penn and Yale will also compete in the tri-meet at Yale’s Kiphuth Pool.
Dartmouth returned to the blustery New England winter after a month of sunshine and paradise in San Juan, Puerto Rico and Tampa, Fla. During the training trip, the Big Green took first place in both the men’s and women’s meets at the University of Tampa Relay Carnival.
The men won 7-of-10 events, while the women took first place in eight races.
Next week, the Dartmouth women will host New Hampshire on Friday evening and then head to Vermont on Sunday. The men will be idle until the weekend of Jan. 24-25 when they will host the Dartmouth Invitational.
