BIG GREEN TIDBITS
Big Green Off to a Good Start -
The Dartmouth swimming and diving teams are back in the water after opening the season against Cornell and Harvard on Nov. 10.  Both squads defeated Cornell while falling to Harvard. The women bested the Big Red for the third consecutive season while the men picked up their second straight victory over the Cornell men.

Rookies Hit the Pool for the First Time Against Harvard/Cornell - In Dartmouth's meets against Cornell and Harvard several of Dartmouth's freshmen saw action. On the men's side, Brett Gillis (Kitchner, Ontario, Canada), James Verhagen (Randberg, South Africa), Aaron Athanas (Beverly, Mass.), Daniel Chen (Lake Oswego, Ore.), Daniel Whitcomb (Winnetka, Ill.) and Jun Oh (Andover, Mass.) all swam in their first collegiate meet.
