Before Dartmouth: Chan is a five-star recruit that has been ranked as high as #58 in his class by tennisrecruiting.net ... in the 16-and-under age group, Chan was ranked as high as #1 in Northern California and #31 in the country ... four-year member of the Menlo School varsity tennis team that gathered four conference titles, four Northern Cal titles and two national titles ... won the 2010 National Open singles title in Carmel, Calif. and reached the semi-finals of the 2010 Easter Bowl doubles.
