Ali Hart, a first-team NCAA All-American at Williams College, joins the Big Green for the spring of 2013.

"I'm very excited to add Ali to our staff, as her energy and enthusiasm will really be a factor for our program," said Hanson.  "She'll be working primarily with outfielders, as well as assisting with hitters and infielders.  As a former All-American at an elite academic institution, Ali understands what it takes to strive for excellence on a daily basis.  Those past experiences will really be an asset for our players and our program as a whole."

Hart joins the Dartmouth team after a four-year career at Williams College. A four-year letterwinner for the Ephs, Hart was a NESCAC and ECAC Player of the Year while earning first-team NFCAA All-New England Honors as well as first-team All-NESCAC and All-NEISCA accolades.  The Williams MVP also set six offensive records throughout her career and earned the Eph Spirit Award.

A 2008 graduate of the Westminster School in Atlanta, Ga., Hart was a four-year letterwinner and a two-time team captain. An all-state selection her sophomore season, Hart was also an active participant in ASA softball for several organizations.
