WALNUT, Calif. – The first day of the 55th Annual Mt. Sac Relays got underway Thursday evening with the Dartmouth men there to compete.

Jonathan Gault got the weekend at Historic Hilmer Lodge Stadium off to a solid start for the Big Green with a seventh-place finish in the 10,000m Olympic Development Elite race.

Gault ran a 29:43.35 in the event, part of a tightly congested group of runners at the top of the leader board.

Dylan O’Sullivan ran in another division of the 10,000m, but did not finish.

Friday night will see several more male and female Dartmouth student-athletes continue to compete at Mt. Sac.
