PRINCETON, N.J. - Connor Reilly (Niskayuna, N.Y.) qualified for the finals in the 100 meters as did Lukas Zirngibl (Middletown, N.J.) in the 800 Saturday afternoon at the 2012 IC4A Championships for the Dartmouth men's outdoor track & field team.

The meet, held in conjunction with the ECAC Championships, is hosted by Princeton at Weaver Stadium.

Reilly will move on to Sunday's finals in the 100 meters after running a 10.67 (+0.9) in Saturday's preliminary. Running in the fastest heat of the day, the junior sprinter finished fifth, but seventh overall, demonstrating the talent that lined up alongside him in the first section of the weekend.

Like Reilly, Zirngibl was also tasked with taking on a talented heat in the 800, and, like Reilly, the sophomore moved on to the finals with a 1:50.64. That time was good for six overall in a field of 34 and third in a heat that featured four of the eight qualifiers.

The Big Green's 4x400-meter relay team also took to the track Saturday at Princeton, placing 21st with a 3:17.76. The foursome that comprised Dartmouth's squad in the event was Jonathan Brady (San Juan Capistrano, Calif.), Jalil Bishop (Twinsburg, Ohio), Kevin Crowley (Barrington, Ill.) and Evan Bryant (Baltimore, Md.).

In the hammer throw, freshman TJ Servino (Highland Mills, N.Y.) placed 15th with a throw of 174-0/53.04m.

After two days, the Big Green sit tied for 12th with eight team points.
