HANOVER, N.H. – Grace Barnard has been named an assistant coach for the Dartmouth women’s soccer team, as announced by head coach Theresa Romagnolo.
Barnard arrives in Hanover after spending the past three seasons as a graduate assistant coach at Le Moyne in Syracuse, N.Y. A 2011 graduate of William and Mary, Barnard was a two-year starter for the Tribe, making the NCAA Tournament once.
“Grace was a talented goalkeeper at William and Mary and has accumulated a lot of coaching experience already with goalkeepers. I will look for her to continue to specialize in this area and push our goalkeepers to a new level this season. She is eager to develop and grow as a top goalkeeper coach and I look forward to the energy she will bring to the program, ” said Romagnolo.
She holds an NSCAA Goalkeeping Level 1 Diploma and a Soccer Management and Development Diploma, along with a United States Soccer Federation “D” License.
Barnard will work with the Dartmouth goalkeepers.
