KANSAS CITY, Kan. - The Dartmouth women's soccer team enters the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) regional rankings this week. The Big Green are ranked No. 8 in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Dartmouth has a 6-2-0, 1-0-0 Ivy League record after defeating Brown, 2-1, in its Ivy League opener on Sunday (Sept. 23). The Big Green join the Bears, who is ranked No. 10 in the Mid-Atlantic Region, as the only Ivy League squads ranked.

Dartmouth enters the rankings for the first time this season and for the first time in the last three seasons. The Big Green are riding a four-game win streak and have posted three shutouts this season.

The squad has been bolstered by the play of leading scorers Emma Brush (Grosse Pointe Park, Mich.) and Chrissy Lozier (Fairfield, Conn.) who lead the team with five goals each. Brush earned Ivy League Player of the Week honors Sept. 10 for her efforts while freshman Corey Delaney (Chatham, N.J.) has won Ivy League Rookie of the Week honors each of the last two weeks.

The Big Green hit the road for a crucial Ivy League matchup at Princeton on Saturday (Sept. 29). Kickoff is at 2 p.m. at Roberts Stadium. Dartmouth will then host Pepperdine on Monday (Oct. 1) in its final non-conference home matchup.
