Two of the Big Green's finest wrap up the winter season. Jody O'Neill for the men's hockey team and Milica Toskovic for women's basketball. Senior O'Neill extended the men's hockey season for at least another weekend backstopping two victories in ECAC hockey playoff play. Toskovic finishes her first season on the Big Green women's basketball team in stellar fashion, scoring career highs in a win over Columbia and contributing seven points and nine rebounds in a win over Cornell.

Each week, DartmouthSports.com will spotlight two outstanding student-athletes - one male, one female - as the DartmouthSports.com Athletes of the Week. Student-athletes may be chosen based upon their efforts both on and off the field of competition.

Milica Toskovic (Santa Monica, Calif.), Fr., G, Women's Basketball

Toskovic had a career night in Dartmouth's 87-52 win over Columbia. The Santa Monica, Calif., native picked up her second career double-double with 17 points and a career-high 13 rebounds against the Lions. Her 17 points also tied her career-high, which she set at Yale on Feb. 17. She also dished out a career-best four assists. In Dartmouth's win over Cornell, Toskovic contributed seven points and nine rebounds just one rebound shy of her third game with double-figure rebounds. This season, Toskovic has started 18 contests and is averaging 7.7 points and 4.4 rebounds per game. Her 7.7 points is third best on the team. She is also an important piece of the Big Green defense, grabbing at least one rebound in 23 of the 24 games she has seen action in this season.

Jody O'Neill (Nepean, Ont.), Sr, Goalie, Men's Hockey

The senior goaltender was given the nod in net this weekend at St. Lawrence and responded with two stellar performances to help the Big Green advance to this weekend's quarterfinals. O'Neill put together back-to-back performances of 30 or more saves to sweep the Saints and give Dartmouth its first-ever road playoff series victory in program history. His 30 saves in Game 1 Friday night were surpassed with 38 more in Game 2 to clinch the series win. In that Saturday night showing, O'Neill was forced to make 30 saves in the final two periods alone as St. Lawrence pushed hard with its back against the wall. For his effort, O'Neill was also rewarded by being named the ECAC Goaltender of the Week.
