Senior Year (2011)
Following a highly successful final season, Baird will go down as one of the best players in the program's history ... Led the team in kills with 344 and played in all 97 sets (one of only three players to play in every set) ... Her 344 kills marked the eighth-highest single-season total in Dartmouth history ... Named First Team All-Ivy for the first time in her career ... Was named Ivy League Player of the Week twice ... Finished the season with 3.55 kills per set, which put her second in the conference, and 3.87 points per set, which put her third in the Ivy League ... Had double-digit kills in 19 of the 25 matches, including a streak of nine consecutive matches from Sept. 9 through Sept. 24 ... Recorded a double-double in 17 matches ... Had a season-high 22 kills in two matches, and totaled a season-high 24 digs against Columbia on Oct. 14 ... Ends her career as the all-time leader in kills with 1,267, and is fifth all-time in digs with 1,133.

Junior Year (2010)
One of five players to compete in all 96 sets ...Finished the season with a team-high 359 kills, and was second on the team in digs with 341 ... Led the team in service aces with 16, and was fourth on the team in assists with 49 ... Had a season-high 25 kills at home against Yale on Oct. 23 ... Tied a career high in digs with 27 in a 3-2 win over Cornell on Oct. 8 ... Had a career-high 19 double-doubles, including recording a double-double in nine of the 11 matches to start the season ... Earned Ivy League Player of the Week honors twice, and was named second team All-Ivy ... Was second in the conference in kills per set (3.74) and 10th in digs per set (3.55) ... Her 359 kills on the season were the sixth-highest total in Dartmouth history.

Sophomore Year (2009)
Named second team All Ivy … Led the team in kills with 291 with a .219 hitting percentage … Averaged 3.64 kills per game … Recorded 41 assists and 11 service aces … First on the team in digs with 256… Hit a total of 21 blocks … Led the team in double-doubles with 12 … Had a career-high 27 digs, along with 23 kills at Columbia.

Freshman Year (2008)
Named honorable mention All Ivy … Played in all 86 sets for the Big Green … Averaged 3.17 kills per game, highest on the team … Finished with 20 service aces … Had 31 total blocks … Led the team in hitting most of the season, closing out the year averaging over three kills a set with a total of 273 … Second on the team in digs with 207 … She had eight double-double games including a season-best 27 kills in a win over Brown and 20 digs in a victory over Columbia … Her 27 kills against the Bears tied her for third all-time for the most kills in a match … In the final three games of the season she recorded double-doubles in all three contests to being selected for the Ivy League's weekly honor roll.

Before Dartmouth
Three-year letterwinner at Westlake High School ... Helped team to the UIL Texas 5A Finals two years in a row ... Participated in a Junior Olympic tournament all four years she was in high school ... Team was Pearland Tournament and District champions in 2007... Was the All-District Defensive Player of the Year as a junior was the Westlake Newcomer of the Year as a freshman ... Was named one of Central Texas’ Top-Ten Players to Watch ... Named the District’s Most Valuable Player.

Off the Court
Member of the TGCA volleyball Academic All-State team as well as being a scholar athlete ... Westlake named her the Most Valuable Player as a senior ... Placed on the AVCA’s High School All-America Watch list ... Was a model UN member as well as the National Honor Society.
