NORTHRIDGE, Calif.  – The Dartmouth women’s tennis team completed its annual West Coast trip and defeated Cal St. Northridge, 5-2, on Saturday at the Matador Tennis Complex.

Dartmouth won five of the six single flights, but the Matadors took the doubles point, winning the second and third matches.  Katherine Yau and Taylor Ng defeated the duo of Vivian Lin and Criss Rodriguez, 8-3.

In singles competition, Yau easily defeated Linn, 6-1, 7-5. At the second flight, Ng needed a tiebreaker set, but defeated Mickey Hsu, 6-4, 3-6, 6-0.  Akiko Okuda, Suzy Tan and Sarah Bessen also win for the Big Green.

Dartmouth will return to Hanover to host Houston on Friday, Mar. 28 at 5 p.m.
