PROVIDENCE, R.I.  –  The Dartmouth women’s tennis team took five of the six singles points to edge out Brown, 5-2, on Sunday afternoon.

Brown took the doubles point, winning at number one and three, respectively. The duo of Melissa Matsuoka and Akiko Okuda won at number two, 8-2.

In singles play, Dartmouth won the top-five matches, with four straight set clinchers.  Katherine Yau, Taylor Ng, Jacqueline Crawford and Matsuoka and Okuda won their singles matches.

Dartmouth hosts Harvard to complete the regular season on Saturday at 2 p.m.
