HANOVER, N.H. — The Dartmouth women's tennis went 3-2 in singles and 1-3 in doubles against Boston University on the final day of the Big Green Invitational on Sunday.
Freshman Sabrina Stewart (London, England) closed the day with a 10-2 third set superbreaker win over Jessica Linero. Sophomore Christina Danosi (New Albany, Ohio) won five of her six matches over the course of the weekend, including two of three doubles matches with classmate Jeri Reichel (Hilton Head Island, S.C.). Senior tri-captain Molly Scott (Trabuco Cyn, Calif) and freshman Melissa Matsuoka (Newport Beach, Calif.) also won two of three doubles matches. Another highlight of the weekend was freshman Rachel Decker-Sadowski's (Santa Barbara, Calif.) 6-2, 4-6, 7-6 win over UMass's Candyce Bonney, one of the Minutewomen's top players.
